Chris has a long association with Berry having lived in the area since 1979. He has previously owned businesses in town and was president of the Berry Pre-school committee during the time it was established and built in its current location. His four children were born and grew up in the local area. Real Estate became a passion in 1989 when Chris worked in the Nowra area and he obtained his License in 1995. With many years experience as a Key Account Manager for a Multinational Company Chris brings a wealth of experience in sales and customer service. Together with his wife Leanne, close family friends James & Kaylee, and with his intimate knowledge and understanding of the area he is looking forward to helping those who are selling, achieve the optimal price for their properties and to assist buyers to find their dream property. |

James has resided in the Shoalhaven since moving from Sydney in 1981. 14 years in the banking and finance industry, primarily involved with lending for homes, gave him a great insight into the local real estate market. James started his real estate career in 2000 with an agency in Vincentia which grew from a staff of 5 to 15 during his 8 ½ years there becoming the dominant agency in the Jervis Bay and St Georges Basin area. Growing restless for a fresh challenge, going into business with Kaylee, Leanne & Chris, in beautiful Berry was the ideal opportunity. James now looks forward to assisting the local community with their real estate transactions with a guarantee of the greatest integrity and professionalism. |

Karla has been with the Harcourts since 2005. She joined the team as Office Administrator and now holds the position of Office Manager, Property Manager & Marketing coordinator. Karla’s many years of experience in the field of marketing & advertising proves beneficial in structuring individual marketing campaigns for each property.
Since joining the team she has received many awards including the inaugural Office Manager Award. |
